Mystery Pop-Up Dinner In Temecula Wine Country

I definitely was interested when I heard about the Temecula chefs that were putting on a pop-up dinner at the Akash Winery in Temecula Wine Country. Dylan Soros, from Soro’s Mediterranean Grill, and Daniel Johnson, from the Naughty Pig Butchery, were showcasing their cuisine. So when two of the premier chefs in the Temecula Valley say they are putting on a “Mystery Dinner”, you have me intrigued. In addition, pairing some great Akash wine with the Chef’s dishes certainly helped to make it a successful night.

Let’s talk about the food. What better way to start off than with an amuse-bouche. (I could have eaten a 100 of them)

Some of the outstanding wines that were paired with tonight’s dishes were the Akash Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Three’s Company (A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Petite Sirah).

Overall the night was a great success. Of course, it helps if you have some good friends to help celebrate the night! And we did celebrate a fine night out with some outstanding food and wine! Hope you enjoyed my post. As always, thanks for Spending Time in My Kitchen!
