Kitchen Fantasy

I have nothing to do this Sunday. Living in the Temecula Valley, I could go to the wineries, play golf, go to the casinos…There really is a lot to do here. Since I could always use more material for my blog, taking a cooking class seemed to be the perfect answer.

If you are looking to take a cooking class from desserts to Chinese dumplings and anything in between, you should consider checking out Kitchen Fantasy.

Yes, I decided to take a cooking class!

Our Instructor for the day, Chef Mary

So today’s class included various recipes for preparing chicken such as souvlaki, mojo, curry, harrisa. Prices for classes are reasonable and the samples you taste from the preparation of the various recipes are always sufficient that you don’t leave the class hungry.

Mojo Chicken
Harissa Chicken
Curry Chicken

The above dishes were prepared during the class I attended. Sometimes the recipes demonstrated may not always satisfy your particular taste, but they always give you a starting point to play around with the recipe and make it your own!

So if you want to get out of the house and you are hungry and would like to learn a new recipe, or if you looking for where to buy kitchen supplies such as knives, pots, pans, and that special kitchen gadget you haven’t been able to find anywhere else, you should consider checking out Kitchen Fantasy This place has always been my first resource for shopping local!

As always, thanks for Spending Time in My Kitchen!
